"Theater Shoes" by Noel Streatfeild. Read Apr. 7-Apr.8, half of book.
This is another one of the "shoes" books(see "Dancing Shoes" post). I prefer Dancing Shoes to this book however just because Theater Shoes is a more old-fashioned and formal-sounding book(at least in my opinion). This sort of surprised me because I'm not a dancer-I enjoy acting though. Still, this book keeps mentioning characters from "Ballet Shoes" so I might read that one next. Still,I like this book, especially when the kids explain what they are doing in their acting classes.
I really want to do an acting camp this summer and this book just made me think how great it could be.
